Marching Band Information Form - Please complete the form and submit it online.

 

Marching Shoe Order Form - Every student in the marching band must have ALL black shoes. If you need shoes, please complete the form and submit to the Band Boosters.

 

Marching Band Medical Information Form - Please submit to Mr. Smith.

Fees

 

2023-24 Marching Band Fees:

​

  • All members fee

    • $400 cash/check OR​

    • $409 thru PayPal

  • New guard members

    • $50 additional fee cash/check OR​

    • $52 additional fee thru PayPal

  • Payment due by September 24th, 2022

  • It is payable in installments - if you would like to set up a payment plan please contact Mr.Smith or the Band Booster president.

  • Can be paid via cash, check, or PayPal

​To Pay via Pay Pal click here, and log into your PayPal Account.

  • Click "Send & Request" at the top of the page.

  • Select the "Send" tab

  • Enter salemmarchingsundevils@gmail.com and click "next".

  • Enter the amount you want to send.

  • In the note section please be sure to comment who and what the payment is for!!

  • Review and confirm the information on the screen and click "Send Money Now".

This fee enables us to hire additional instructional staff needed for the marching band, to replace uniform parts, to purchase equipment for the band, and to provide music and drill for the band, among many other things.​

Note: 

PayPal's policies have recently changed and enforcement has started within the last month, meaning that our PayPal Business account can no longer receive Friends and Family payments.
